Prince Cash's Staycation Review - Dear Mutt Singapore

Hi Guys!

It had been awhile since i last updated my blog. Gonna do a review for my son (CASH) staycation with Dear Mutt.

Had been searching badly for a good pet hotel in singapore eversince his previous boarding location had closed. What i meant by a good pet accomodation place must include the 'service' during the staycation for our pet and that is very much on how professional and friendly they will care for our pet, love our pet like theirs and of cus' the environment and price.

Previously had to go on afew travel trips and was googling online when i found "Dear Mutt" with positive reviews and hence, decided to board my son there. Understand that they changed a new owner after that and was attended by 'Jamie' whom i guess she is the new owner of the boarding place.

First Staycation

Everything much went well on CASH 1st staycation with them during the Christmas Season last year (2016) and they prepared him a 'Christmas Meal' and i felt thankful for that. Prices on Normal days: S$65 and Public Holidays with additional charges. Honestly, i don't mind as long as my dog is being well taken care off. The good thing that they have CCTVs and for the first time it's wavied and subsequently stays at $8/day. I can watch what my dog is doing when he's back in the room at night. The price includes walks & playtime for our little furry one (No bath included). Apart from the last day, they forgot to pack CASH's shoe & leash i guess i was very pleased with their service for a start. Thanks to Jamie for delivering back the items to me personally.

And definately because of my 1st impression with them, i decided to continue CASH's 2nd staycation with them on Feb this year (2017) BUT not wanting to blog about it first because i wanted to make sure that the good service was provided and mantained during the 2nd staycation hence i decided to reserve my review about them till after the 2nd staycation.

2nd Staycation

I was served by 'Kumi' when i brought CASH for boarding and she's nice to explain what will she be doing over the few days of his boarding and also informing me that she will be there with CASH till the day i am back. That's so nice of her because i feel more secured when someone can assure me that he will be well taken care off especially when he is the ONLY DOG BOARDING for that few days.

'aaaaa Kinda Disappointed'......

I received a message from a staff named 'felicia' indicating that my dog wanted to bite her hence she can't bath him.

(It's ok if he is not bathed but bite her? out of the rest.... i felt weird? I mean.... dogs have senses... u know?)

I reached and happen to alight from my vehicle a distance away, i stand there for awhile and saw my son ALONE sitting down near the door and 'Felicia' (i never see her before) sitting at another corner with her phone. . . Me and my partner kinda look at each other for awhile before approaching . . we left after picking him up.

My Overall Experience with Dear Mutt

Different people during 2 staycations. I love the fact that the place is clean dou small, some staffs are nice but very far from me because i lived in the far west. I would appreciate very much if all the staffs there, are caring and familiar. I don't mind the traveling distance but i want a good pet boarding place for my son. As a parent of my furry kid, i naturally don't feel good when i hear complains not all but one and i would definately feel that she is not professional and not caring for my little one.

I hope in the near future, it will still be nice to board my son there but definately not with 'THAT STAFF' around. Otherwise, everything is acceptable.
